7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Termination and Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated this Agreement or if we decide to discontinue all or part of the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.

9. Changes to this Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement.
